Yes. Standard and Agency include the complete current Nexus PRO platform. The difference is the number of separately licensed websites.

Is this an annual subscription?

Yes. The plans are billed yearly and include updates, licensed intelligence services and support during the active term.

Does Agency use one key with ten activations?

No. Agency provides ten separate single-site licence keys, one for each website.

What happens after cancellation?

The licence remains active until the end of the paid term. After expiry, licensed updates, feeds, Threat Network, Threat Continuum processing and support may stop while existing local settings and evidence remain preserved.

Can I request a refund?

Eligible first-time purchases may request a refund within 30 days, subject to the published Refund Policy.

Where will my account and licence be managed?

The public Nexus website links to the current operational account and checkout system. Those destinations are centrally configurable and can later move to account.lumiversenexus.com.
