Product licence

Lumiverse Nexus PRO is licensed software. Access to private product updates, support and licence-dependent intelligence services is provided during an active subscription and subject to the licence terms supplied with the software.

Subscriptions and pricing

Standard covers one website. Agency provides ten separate single-site licence keys and access to the current Nexus Fleet agency console during the active Agency subscription. Subscriptions are billed annually and renew according to the terms presented at checkout unless cancelled. Displayed Nexus PRO plan prices include VAT.

Acceptable use

You may not use Nexus services to attack systems, distribute malicious software, deliberately interfere with shared intelligence services, evade licence controls or knowingly submit fabricated security intelligence.

Security and availability

No security product can guarantee that a website will never be compromised or become unavailable. Customers remain responsible for maintaining appropriate backups, software updates, secure credentials, lawful configuration and evaluating recovery actions before applying them.

Support

Support covers reasonable assistance with Nexus products during an active subscription. Agency support is provided to the agency as the primary support contact for its licensed client sites. Support does not automatically include malware-cleanup services, custom development, server administration or third-party product support unless separately agreed.

Cancellation and refunds

Cancellation prevents future renewal after the current paid term. Eligible refund requests are handled under the published Refund Policy and applicable law.

Responsible use and liability

Customers are responsible for deciding how Nexus is configured and for reviewing actions that may affect production systems. Nothing in these terms limits rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
