Terms governing access to the Lumiverse Nexus website, software subscriptions and support.
Product licence
Lumiverse Nexus PRO is licensed software distributed under its stated software licence while access to private updates, support and licensed intelligence services is provided during an active subscription.
Subscriptions
Standard covers one website. Agency provides ten separate single-site licence keys. Subscriptions renew according to the terms displayed at checkout unless cancelled.
Acceptable use
You may not use Nexus services to attack systems, distribute malicious software, interfere with the Threat Network, evade licence controls or submit deliberately false intelligence.
Security and availability
No security product can guarantee that a website will never be compromised. Customers remain responsible for backups, updates, secure credentials, lawful configuration and evaluating recovery actions before applying them.
Support
Support covers reasonable assistance with Nexus products during an active subscription. It does not automatically include malware-cleanup services, custom development, server administration or third-party product support unless separately agreed.
Limitation and governing terms
Final liability, governing-law, tax and dispute provisions must be completed before production launch.
