How Lumiverse Dynamic handles website enquiries, account information and data required to provide Nexus services.
Who controls the data
Lumiverse Dynamic operates the Lumiverse Nexus website and products. Privacy and support enquiries can be sent to support@lumiversenexus.com.
Public website data
The public website may receive standard server and security logs such as IP address, user agent, requested URL, timestamp and response status for security, abuse prevention and reliable operation. Analytics is used only when enabled for the website and subject to the applicable consent configuration.
Contact enquiries
When you submit the contact form, we process the name, email address, enquiry topic and message needed to respond. Temporary non-reversible fingerprints and request timing may be used to limit duplicate or automated submissions; the anti-spam record does not retain the submitted message itself. Do not submit passwords, licence keys, customer databases or malware samples through the general contact form.
Purchases and accounts
Account and licence management is provided through the Nexus account portal. Payments are processed through Stripe payment services as presented at checkout. Payment-card details are processed by the payment provider and are not intended to be stored on the public Nexus website.
Nexus security services
Product licensing, private updates, intelligence feeds and Threat Network services process technical identifiers and security signals needed to authenticate licensed sites and deliver the requested security services. Nexus is designed to keep site-local enforcement decisions separate from shared intelligence.
Retention and rights
Information is retained only as needed for support, security, accounting, legal obligations and service operation. Depending on applicable law, rights may include access, correction, deletion, restriction and objection. Contact support@lumiversenexus.com for privacy requests.
