How Lumiverse Dynamic handles website enquiries, account data and security-service information.
Who controls the data
Lumiverse Dynamic operates the Lumiverse Nexus website and products. Contact: support@lumiversenexus.com.
Public website data
The public site may receive standard server logs such as IP address, user agent, requested URL, time and response status for security and operational purposes. Analytics is disabled by default in this package and should be enabled only with an appropriate consent setup.
Contact enquiries
When you submit the contact form, we process your name, email address, enquiry topic and message to respond. Do not submit passwords, licence keys, customer data or malware files.
Purchases and accounts
Checkout and account functions may initially be provided through the existing operational store and Stripe payment links. Their privacy information should be reviewed and linked at checkout. Payment-card details are processed by the payment provider and are not intended to be stored on the public Nexus website.
Nexus security services
Product licensing, private updates, intelligence feeds and Threat Network services process technical identifiers necessary to authenticate licensed sites and deliver security services. Product documentation should explain the specific data categories for each service.
Retention and rights
Data is retained only as needed for support, security, accounting, legal obligations and service operation. Applicable rights may include access, correction, deletion, restriction and objection. Contact support@lumiversenexus.com.
